Everyone is excited about the new school year. 5th, 7th, and 9th graders: Kristin at a new school; Ben by himself at school; Noah in High School; Chris driving the van out to RFIS; my volunteering with art and library at the elementary school. But as we look forward, I also want to look back with a thankful heart for the blessings of summer…..
Thank you Mom, Patty, Chris, and all of you who made it special!

Thanks for Reading and praying! We are home and all back to school/work.
Pray for good health (I'm working on a new boil, sigh), safe travel for Chris in his work, for the school year, selling our car (to buy our friends' older, cheaper, but very reliable and much bigger vehicle).
Pray for the Makaa New Testiment dedication September 5. We will all be going. What a celebration to look forward to as God's word goes forth to reach all people! Pray for the Scripture Songwriting workshops Chris will lead this month.
